City Clerk

The City Clerk of Bellefontaine Neighbors provides administrative assistance to the elected officials and oversight of daily executive office operations at City Hall. The City Clerk manages, directs and coordinates administrative functions and delivery of basic municipal services.

The Clerk keeps a journal of all proceedings of the Board of Aldermen; safely and properly keeps all records belonging to the City; is general accountant of the City; directs the certification of candidates for election; attests and signs all official documents and contracts; and is empowered to administer official oaths.
