Our Street Department works hard to make sure the City of Bellefontaine Neighbors maintains its beauty. With a crew of a few men the quality of their work reflects many in numbers. Our guys take pride in keeping the City of Bellefontaine Neighbors a beautiful place to live.

The Street Department maintains approximately 52 miles of streets and the maintenance of these streets consist of pot hole patching, asphalt patching, concrete repair and replacement, curb repair, snow/ice management, sign repair and replacement. The Street Department will “dead wood” easement trees as determined by “Right of Way” measurements. A full trim is not offered. A full tree removal is only for trees determined 50% dead. Branch/Limb pick up is limited to only storm damage and debris. The courtesy branch/limb pick up service is no longer available as of July 1^st 2012. Streets maintained by St. Louis County include the following: Bellefontaine Rd, Chambers, Jennings Station Rd and Lilac. St. Louis County Highways and Traffic  (314) 615-5000 for questions and concerns.
