There are two meeting rooms at the Recreation Center that residents only with current ID card may rent for birthdays, anniversaries, wedding and baby showers and similar functions as well as for business meetings. Wedding receptions and family reunions are not allowed. Sales or fund raising of any kind are prohibited. Please note: All guests must stay in the room. Use of the gymnasium, game room or pools is not included with the reservation. These areas require specific resident to guest ratios and user fees.  Additional rules can be downloaded here.

• Meeting rooms are available from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM Monday - Thursday, and from 11:00 PM- 5:30 PM Friday and Saturday.
• Room 109 has a fire code of 35 people. The fee is $165.00  
• Room 101 has a fire code of 47. The fee is $175.00. 
• There is a $75.00 damage deposit included in the rental fees.
  • It will be refunded if the room is cleaned, all rules are followed and the group size does not exceed the fire code occupancy limit.
  • Please allow 1 month for the processing of your refund.

To see if a date is still available, call the Bellefontaine Recreation Center at 314-867-0700. Reservations must be made in person in order to verify the identity and occupancy of the applicant.  All fees must be paid in full before the reservation can be recorded. For your convenience , you may download and complete the room reservation application and bring it to the Bellefontaine Recreation Center.

The resident:

1. Must have a current recreation ID card. The charge is $5.00.
2. May only rent one room per event.
3. Must be present for the entire function.
4. Is responsible for the behavior of their guests.
5. Must bring your approved paperwork and ID card to check in at the office before anyone is admitted to the reserved room.
